At Overcame Church, we believe in honoring the individuals, families, and communities who contribute to the life and mission of our ministry. With deep gratitude, we acknowledge every person who has shared their story, their time, their talents, and their faith with us.

• Those who have participated in church activities, events, testimonies, and media projects.

• Our church members, volunteers, and leadership who consistently pour into this ministry with excellence, grace, and prayer.

• Every individual who has allowed us to use their image, voice, or likeness in visual and written content for the purpose of glorifying God and advancing the Kingdom.

Your contributions help spread the gospel, inspire faith, and strengthen the community of believers both within and beyond our church walls.

2. Media Release Statement

By participating in services, events, programs, or any media-related activities associated with Overcame Church, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Media Release Consent

I hereby grant Overcame Church, its legal representatives, successors, and assigns, the irrevocable right and permission to use photographs, video and audio recordings, and/or written or recorded testimonies of me and/or my minor children (if applicable), taken during any Overcame Church service, event, or program for purposes including but not limited to promotion, marketing, worship presentation, educational use, livestreams, archives, social media, website publishing, and other church-related activities.

I understand that these images, videos, and recordings may appear in print, digital, broadcast, or other public formats and may be included in the church’s promotional materials without further notice or compensation. I also understand that Overcame Church retains all rights to the content produced.

3. Privacy and Respect

We value your privacy and will never share personal information or use media in a way that misrepresents or disrespects the individuals involved. Any requests to exclude images or stories from public use will be honored to the best of our ability and can be directed to our Media Team at info@overcamechurch.org.
